FAQ
How can I generate "passive" income with BRAIN FOR BUSINESS®?
If a booking of the Self-Learning Online Program comes about through the recommendation of the license partner, two variants apply depending on the agreement:
Option A) The Partner may charge a commission of 15% of the net price for each booking made to the License Partner as a referrer (e.g. via a voucher code).
Option B) The partner is given the opportunity to offer the Self-Learning Online Program (without certification as PRACTITIONER IN APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE) as a blended learning element to its customers.
The following purchase prices per booked access apply for the partner:
- 1 - 9 Bookings within a six-month period: 500.00 net
- 10 - 29 Bookings within a six-month period: 450.00 net
- 30 - 49 Bookings within a six-month period: 400.00 net
- 50 - 99 Bookings within a six-month period: 300.00 net
- > 100 Bookings within a six-month period: 200.00 net
If the partner's recommendation leads to contracts with companies that require the establishment of a separate academy, a separate individual agreement will be made.
What costs are associated with the license partnership?
Die Akademie berechnet dir für das Nutzungsrecht der Medien einen Monatspreis. Die Laufzeit beträgt 12 Monate. Du kannst entscheiden, ob du monatlich á 37,- Euro oder jährlich á 407,- Euro zzgl. MwSt. (ein Monat gratis bei jährlicher Zahlungsweise) investierst.
Für die Zertifizierung (Zugang zum Online-Programm, Zertifizierung als PRACTITIONER IN APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE) wird eine einmalige Gebühr von 630,- Euro zzgl. MwSt. erhoben (=50 % des regulären Preises). Hast du bereits das Programm BRAIN FOR BUSINESS® inkl. Zertifizierung erworben, entfällt diese Gebühr für dich.
Für ehemalige Teilnehmende des up/SKILL Neuro Kurses des »Institut für Persönlichkeit« in Köln gilt ein Sonderpreis von 99,- Euro zzgl. MwSt. Ehemalige Teilnehmende des CAS Brain Power for Business des »ikf« Luzern erfüllen die Voraussetzung, ohne weitere Kosten Lizenzpartner werden zu können.
What is required for the license partnership?
To become a license partner, a one-off certification (introduction to the concept and access to the content) by the Academy is required.
A one-off fee of 470 euros plus VAT is charged for this.
VAT will be charged.
Once payment has been received, the download link to the files will be activated.
If you have already purchased the BRAIN FOR BUSINESS® program or participated in the up/SKILL Neuro Workshop, this fee is waived for you.
How can the license partnership be terminated?
If the user contract is not terminated, it is automatically extended by the originally agreed term.
The contract of use can be terminated in text form by either party up to the end of the contract term.
The date of receipt is decisive for timely termination.
The right of use then expires at the end of the respective term.
How can I use the BRAIN FOR BUSINESS® material and how can I not use it?
You may use the media made available to you within your activity as a trainer/consultant/coach live or within a closed member area (online academy), i.e. only to support your training, coaching or consulting. It is not permitted to offer or market the media as a complete package or stand-alone product, e.g. as a learning program.
The video files may only be shown or offered as a stream, e.g. via the link provided.
PDF files may be passed on for teaching purposes or offered for download.
The copyright notice under the next point must be observed.

How should I correctly identify the author?
The BRAIN FOR BUSINESS® brand is registered and protected as a word mark at the German Trademark and Patent Office.
All contents of the program are protected by copyright and may only be passed on to third parties in accordance with the use described above, never the access data for downloading the files.
Certified license partners may use the BRAIN FOR BUSINESS® brand name and advertise with it, but may not claim to be the author.
The author must always be named with the reference © Uli Funke (www.brain-for-business.de).
Can I also use a neutral version of the videos (white label)?
On special request, a "white label" version can also be agreed in the license partnership.
We will be happy to provide you with the conditions and prices for this on request.
The files are then not labeled and can be individualized by the partner with his own logo.
The copyright remains unaffected.
The permitted and non-permitted uses also remain unaffected (see above).
